Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when making purchases of our products. This policy will be applicable to any order placed with us.

 

Store Pickup

For Certain Purchases, we offer in-store and curbside pickup by Appointment Only. Upon verification of identity and presentation of the original purchase invoice, the cardholder is authorized to collect the part. Kindly ensure that you bring the original invoice and a valid form of identification to confirm the order.

Free Shipping

We provide free standard shipping on all orders. Our standard delivery timeframe for freight items is 7-10 business days. Please allow 48 working hours for order processing and part preparation before shipment. Once the freight is picked up, the estimated time of arrival (ETA) may vary between 5-7 days depending on the delivery location.

  • Please note the following:

    • We do not refund shipping costs.

    • Ensure accurate part selection when placing orders.

    • If in doubt, contact us via phone or email to confirm the order.

    • For damaged or incorrect items upon receipt, refer to our Return Procedure.

    • Upon receipt of your order, thoroughly inspect all packages for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

    • If a damaged part is received, refuse the package and have the shipper return it immediately.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please contact our team for further information.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Our complimentary standard shipping is limited to the US. For international shipping, please contact us at +1 888-282-7476. Freight shipments will not be delivered to different billing and shipping addresses without submission of government-provided ID proof from both the cardholder and receiver to avoid discrepancies.

 

If the ORDER IS DELAYED?

 

We will promptly inform you and provide a revised estimated date for delivery.

 

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING TERMS

  1. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

  2. Larger parts requiring shipment via Commercial Freight Carrier may necessitate a commercial address.

  3. No additional charges apply for freight shipping provided the shipping address is a commercial/business address accessible by semi-truck.

  4. Receiving freight deliveries necessitates a forklift or similar equipment for unloading.

  5. A residence with a business registered to it does not qualify as a business/commercial address, and residential delivery charges may apply.

  6. While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur beyond our control.

  7. Our Free Standard Shipping carriers may vary based on part size and destination and may include UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.
